Everything you need to know about ThinkyOS.
After ThinkyOS analyzes your item through its framework engine, it assigns one of six status labels. Each label gives you a clear, actionable verdict — eliminating ambiguity so you know exactly what to do next.
Start
High value and right timing. Begin working on this now.
Example: A new product feature your users have been requesting that fits perfectly with your current roadmap.
Continue
Already in motion and going well. Keep going, don't change anything.
Example: A marketing campaign showing strong ROI — don't disrupt what's working.
Stop
Actively draining time or resources with little return. Halt immediately.
Example: A weekly report nobody reads that takes 3 hours to produce.
Eliminate
No real value. Remove it from your list entirely and don't revisit.
Example: An idea you keep re-adding to your backlog but have never acted on because it doesn't align with your goals.
Delegate
Worth doing, but not by you. Hand it off to someone else.
Example: Social media scheduling — valuable for brand awareness, but not the best use of your time as a founder.
Pause
Good idea, but wrong timing. Save it and revisit when circumstances change.
Example: Hiring a full-time designer when you're still pre-product/market fit.
